Chislehurst & Sidcup Ballet Club is a dance appreciation group which meets to promote and encourage interest in ballet and other dance styles. We are a friendly group who meet on 1st Monday of each month for 8 months of the year at Bird College of Performing Arts, Alma Road, Sidcup, Kent DA14 4ED. Meetings start at 7.00pm with tea, coffee & biscuits and a talk by our Guest Speaker at 7.30pm lasting an hour. Our AGM takes place in March at 7.00pm and is led by our President, Miss Jane Pritchard, and our current Patrons are Miss Lesley Collier and Mrs Mary Goodhew. We have a dedicated Committee who organise and manage the Club's affairs throughout the year. Club Members regularly book tickets to watch live stream dance events at local cinemas together, and we currently look forward to celebrating our 60th Anniversary on 7 June, 2021 with Miss Darcey Bussell as our Special Guest Speaker. Our Annual membership fee is £25 (half year £12.50 if joining from October onwards) £5 for Guests and 50p for Students on the door on the night.
